Hazel Williams is an Art Psychotherapist and a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist offering private psychotherapy sessions to adults, young people and children within Inverness. Sessions are available daytime, evening or weekend depending upon current availability.

Hazel qualified as an Art Psychotherapist in 2006, before qualifying as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist (BABCP accredited) in 2016.
Hazel has worked as a Psychotherapist within the NHS since 2008 and as a private Psychotherapist since 2011. She has experience of using a range of psychotherapeutic interventions to resolve a variety of Mental Health issues such as anxiety, low mood, specific phobias, trauma symptoms, and panic attacks both within the NHS and privately.
Hazel has experience of providing group and individual sessions to children, young people, adults and families. Prior to working with the NHS, Hazel carried out therapeutic work within Edinburgh, Glasgow and London. This work involved working across a variety of clinical setting such as homeless children and families, children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties within school settings, Traumatic Brain Injury and adults and children with Learning Disabilities or ASD.
